Brad Liermann has worked with Swayne Real Estate Group for more than ten years and has developed an expertise in residential and mixed use investment sales.  He has experience and enjoys working with clients that purchase or sell multi-unit residential and mixed use properties, residential investment properties and renovation projects.  Brad leans on his experience in the market to proactively address details before they become a problem.  His goal in each transaction is to take the pressure off of the client, so you can make clear, wise decisions throughout the process.  Brad graduated from Grove City College and resides in West Chester with his wife Amy.
