Chip has been licensed since 1984, and has served on the Grievance and Professional Standards Committee as well as former director at Main Line Board of REALTORS.  He has sold and managed at Duffy Real Estate in Wayne before founding Main Line Group in 1994, which he merged with Swayne Real Estate Group in 2013 to provide an expanded service area. Chip specializes in residential and multi-family investment properties in Philadelphia, Montgomery, Delaware, and Chester Counties. He strives to always look for the best financing possible for his clients using conventional and creative financing methods.
